Important Rules

• A valid, government issued photo identification is required for admittance. Individuals unable to provide valid identification will not be admitted. Please click here for a listing of acceptable identification documents.

• All visitors are subject to screening, as required by various governmental regulations, including Export Controls. Click here for more information on Visitor Screening.

• Certain areas of the facility contain sensitive and proprietary information and technologies. All visitors are required to execute a Visitor Agreement, including a Non-disclosure Agreement, upon arrival. Photography and all other forms of recording are prohibited in all areas of the facility and grounds. Please click here for a sample copy of the agreement.

• Biometric information may be collected, stored and analyzed during the check in process to compare the individual to the photograph located on their photo identification, photos collected during past visits, or photos obtained from other sources. Biometric information will be used only for security related purposes.

• See Something, Say Something. Report suspicious activity you observe while at the facility to any facility security representative or by emailing security@tmgcore.com.

Facility Locations and Hours

Our headquarters is located at 6815 Communications Parkway, Plano, TX 75024.

Our regular gate hours are 7 AM through 6 PM Central time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After hours access is only available with a scheduled apointment.
